How to add new Environment Variables in Windows

1. Type Win+R, followed by sysdm.cpl as shown below:



2. You will see the following System Properties:



3. Click the Advanced tab:



4. Then click the Environment Variables button
.



5. You should now see the following screen:



6. Click the New button under System variables



7. Type in the Variable name and the Variable value, then click the OK button.



8. Double-check that your new system environment variables has been added:
